Compare to delozone, prozone and others. JED units produce more ozone for much less. 
The JED 003 manufactures ozone using the European method of an internal corona discharge chip. CD chip generation is preferred because it is believed to produce a consistent amount of ozone while the ultraviolet type units may lose effectiveness as the bulb gets weaker over time.
The JED 003 is rated at 20,000 hours of use, which is about 10 years of normal usage and can ozonate spas up to 500 gallons. This is a very high quality unit.
The unit ships with back-flow valve, air tube, installation instructions and power cord. JED CD ozone units come with a one year limited warranty.
